Jessica is a postpartum doula who focuses on supporting families in the transition to parenthood. She believes that every postpartum woman has inherent physical and emotional needs. When these needs are met, a mother is truly able to thrive in motherhood. She believes that the health of the mother sets the tone for the health of the family—if the mother is not thriving, the baby will not thrive.

Tanya is a mother to three young boys, a Postpartum Care Provider, a Women's Health Yoga Teacher, and a certified Sacred Mama Circles facilitator.
