Tzaddi is a mother, artist, yoga teacher, spiritual guide and founder of Bija Garden of Wellbeing, an initiative that seeks to reclaim our indigenous wellness as well as ease current suffering. Considering herself a Universal Soul, her Caribbean origins spring forth from Africa and India and she has lived in the UK, the US and India. Tzaddi specialises in Restorative practices with a focus on Pre and Postnatal care. She is delighted to share tools and jewels and techniques that will help reassure, restore and rejuvenate women at different stages of their pregnancy and postpartum journey.
